Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Unbridled Eve 2019! Volunteers are critical to a successful event and an amazing guest experience. Please read this message entirely before proceeding then fill out the application below to be considered for a volunteer shift at this year’s event.
There will be a mandatory volunteer orientation on Monday, April 22 from 6pm until 8pm at the Galt House.
Selected volunteers will receive a volunteer assignment for which they will be trained at orientation, plus a number of night-of-event benefits including dinner, valet parking, beverages and time to enjoy the celebrities and entertainment.
Each year, Unbridled Eve benefits several local organizations. Every donation to Unbridled Eve helps increase what we can grant to a number of worthy charity recipients. Simply stated – the more we raise, the more we can help! Generous donations from volunteers made a significant impact last year. Thank you. Once again in 2019, volunteers will be required to make a nonrefundable minimum donation of $50 per person.
Did you know it costs about $100 to feed a child for one school year and provide 38 hunger-free weekends while they don’t have access to school meals? Blessings in a Backpack, a primary beneficiary of Unbridled Eve, provides meals and services to ensure children don’t go hungry when away from school. This is just one example of how your donation can support our efforts to give back to the beneficiaries who give so much to our community.
We will be accepting donations by cash, check or credit card at the volunteer orientation on April 22, or, you can donate via BidPal by clicking here. All donations must be made at or prior to volunteer orientation.
DON’T FORGET - even if you have volunteered for Unbridled Eve before, please fill out a new application this year. The deadline to apply is March 29. We will work to review all applications and let you know your status as soon as possible.
Thank you! Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
